Watch what happens when comedy and sport collide

Melbourne International Comedy Festival kicks off on 29 March

Melbourne International Comedy Festival has teamed up with the AFL to see just what happens when comedy and sport collide.

Bringing together some of the countries favourite comedians with Australia’s most loved football teams, the comedy fest has released a series of new videos with the stars from both sides.

For the footy, they’ve called in Carlton Football Club, Sydney Swans, North Melbourne, Brisbane Lions, Gold Coast Suns, GWS Giants, St. Kilda and Western Bulldogs.

Ahead of the comedy fest – which kicks off at the end of this month – comedians Wil Anderson, Cal Wilson, Jennifer Wong, Joel Creasey, Damien Power, Josh Earl, Cam Knight and Tegan Higginbotham take part in the new series.

Check out all the videos over at comedyfestival.com.au.
