The Very Hungry Caterpillar comes to life this year

Beloved children’s book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar comes to life.

It is one of the most popular and beloved children’s books of all time, and now it is coming to life.
We all remember reading Eric Carle’s ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ as a young’un. Now the timeless classic has become a marvellous theatrical performance.

The show sees the picture book emerge from the page to the stage, with a collection of 75 amazing puppets it is sure to be fun for the entire family. The theatrical adaptation will first arrive in Sydney at the Seymour Centre – Everest Theatre, with five performances across October 13 and 14.

The play will then move down to Melbourne, heading to the Playhouse at Arts Centre Melbourne. We will be treated to 12 shows across five days, spanning from Wednesday 28 November through to Sunday December 2, with various show times across each day.

Tickets are only $36 in Sydney, whilst ranging between $30-$43 in Melbourne. Snap up your tickets before the Hungry Caterpillar eats them all up!
