Jet and The Living end are the latest headliners to be announced for the 2019 Superloop Adelaide 500.

The Aussie rock legends close out a bumper music lineup for this year’s event, as they headline the Saturday night stage.

The announcement follows last year’s reveal that the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be taking over the Sunday night post-race concert in March, alongside Vance Joy and Amy Shark who will headline the Friday night stage. This year the Superloop Adelaide 500 will take place from Thursday 28 February through to Sunday 3 March.

The music lineup for the 2019 Superloop Adelaide 500 is certainly an enviable one, sure to draw in a massive crowd across all three nights. Jet frontman, Nic Cester, spoke of the chance to perform in Adelaide. “The opportunity to perform at the Superloop Adelaide 500 is one we couldn’t refuse. We are excited to be heading back to Adelaide to soak up the atmosphere and rev up the crowd,” he said.

The Living End lead vocalist, Chris Cheney, also spoke about rocking out in Adelaide, saying, “We can’t wait to bring the Wunderbar tour to Adelaide for fans at the Superloop Adelaide 500.

“It’s great to be back onstage – we are having the time of our lives and hope the crowd enjoy it as much as we do.”

All three concerts – on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night – will also feature ‘Bands on Track’ to open for each of the headliners, helping to support up and coming South Australian musicians.
