The Australian International Airshow, held biennially at Avalon Airport, has taken off. Or landed? Either way, the Avalon Airshow is a go, running from today, Friday 1 March, over this weekend until Sunday 3 March.

The ultimate Airshow for all aviation lovers will showcase the absolute best in aviation, including combat and defence aircrafts, jet fighters, attack helicopters, aerobatic shows with pin-point maneuvering, classic aircrafts, and even vintage warbirds. Plus, you can witness the very latest in aerospace and aviation technology on display.

It really is the largest exhibition of its kind in Australia and indeed the entire Southern Hemisphere, with plenty of displays both on the ground and in the air.

2019 marks the 14th edition of the Airshow at Avalon Airport, bringing together all of the professionals in the aviation and aerospace fields and key defence personnel, as well as aviation enthusiasts and the general public in one enormous, action-packed three-day event.
