Archtics welcomes four new NRL clubs to the team

Ticketmaster’s membership and CRM platform continues to attract the biggest names in Australian sport with four additional NRL clubs signing up to Archtics.

The Brisbane Broncos, Cronulla Sharks, Gold Coast Titans and Canberra Raiders are Ticketmaster’s newest Archtics partners with all four NRL clubs coming on board for the 2017 season.

The clubs join existing NRL clubs including Melbourne Storm, the South Sydney Rabbitohs, the Manly Sea Eagles, Sydney Roosters, Parramatta Eels and Newcastle Knights, all of which are already using Ticketmaster’s Archtics platform for their extensive membership and CRM requirements.

The addition of the four new clubs is a major tick for Archtics. The decision by four of the league’s prominent clubs to come across to the offering speaks volumes of the reputation Archtics now has within the Australian sports landscape.

Many of the NRL’s biggest and most-supported clubs have put their trust in Archtics to manage membership, which is a crucial part of any team’s off and on-field success.

Membership is one of the most vital aspects of any sporting club. As well as the obvious financial windfall, membership is significant for home ground support and engagement between fans and the club.

The Ticketmaster Archtics team understands the needs and preferences of both fans and clubs and has an offering that is mutually beneficial. The process for signing up and renewing membership is simple and efficient, which is a major benefit to supporters.

Archtics also has an opt-out policy, which means supporters are automatically renewed year-on-year unless they choose not to sign up. This method, which is different from the more common opt-in method, has had a very positive impact on renewals because it makes the process for renewing a membership practically non-existent. The ease with which members can renew year-on-year maximises membership for our clubs, providing additional revenue and support.

Archtics is Australia’s most prominent membership and CRM solution with many of Australia’s biggest and best sporting leagues, clubs and venues embracing the platform. As well as the existing and new NRL clubs, Archtics manages membership for the AFL and its 18 clubs, Etihad Stadium’s corporate members, the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix and Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix), the Western Sydney Wanderers and Newcastle Jets A-League teams, Adelaide Thunderbirds netball club, Clipsal 500 and Adelaide 36ers NBL team.

Archtics is also prominent in New Zealand with the Australasian team providing membership and CRM services for Auckland Rugby Union, Eden Park and the New Zealand Breakers.

Globally, Ticketmaster is responsible for many of the world’s biggest sports leagues such as the National Hockey League – NHL (26 teams, 26 venues), National Basketball Association – NBA (24 teams, 23 venues), National Football League – NFL (32 teams, 31 venues), Major League Baseball – MLB (16 teams, 16 venues) and Major League Soccer – MLS (11 teams, 10 venues).

As you can see from the aforementioned lists, Ticketmaster and Archtics are the experts when it comes to sport membership. We are very excited to welcome the four new NRL clubs – Brisbane Broncos, Cronulla Sharks, Gold Coast Titans and Canberra Raiders – over to our platform. We are very excited to begin new and successful partnerships with four of the NRL’s great clubs.
