World class tennis is ready to arrive in Adelaide.

The Adelaide International is nearly here, the first time the city has hosted a WTA tournament.

The combined ATP and WTA tournament will run from Sunday 12 to Saturday 18 January at the newly refurbished Tennis Centre.

The brand new redevelopment at Memorial Drive sets up an exciting time for the sport in Adelaide.


Memorial Drive has undergone an $11 million redevelopment.

Plenty of world-class talent are ready to compete, headlined by our top Aussies on both the women’s and men’s circuit, Ash Barty and Alex De Minaur.

Fellow Aussies Jordan Thompson and Alexei Popyrin will also attend, joined by names such as Novak Djokovic, Felix Auger-Aliassime, Lucas Pouille and more.


Alex De Minaur is ready to head to Adelaide.

On the women’s side of the draw, several top ranked players will join Barty, including Simona Halep, Petra Kvitova, Kiki Bertens, Johanna Konta and Venus Williams.

The first round of the tournament begins on Sunday 12 January with a twilight session.

The quarterfinals will take place on Thursday 16 January, before the singles semifinals on Friday 17 January. Both the men’s and women’s singles finals will take place on Saturday 18 January in a twilight session.
