Tickets for the A-League season on sale now!

Tickets for some of the best matches of the Hyundai A-League are on sale today and the 2015/16 Season promises to be one of the biggest and best yet!

Ticketmaster sells tickets for some of the biggest clubs in the A-League including reigning champions and premiers, Melbourne Victory, who have five blockbuster matches at Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium.

Victory is the most successful club in A-League history, having claimed the Championship and Premiership double on three occasions. They also lead the competition in membership and attendance, which is greatly assisted by playing their biggest matches at the 50,000-plus seat Etihad Stadium.

Melbourne Victory’s title defence kicks off with an away game against Adelaide United, but the heat will be turned up in Round 2 when Victory hosts its fiercest rival, Melbourne City, at Etihad Stadium on Saturday October 17. The Melbourne derbies featuring the two Victorian sides are some of the best matches you can attend as a sports fan. The colour, excitement and atmosphere of the derbies are second to none and history shows the matches are tough, tight and competitive.

Melbourne Victory’s  other Etihad Stadium games include match-ups with Wellington Phoenix on Monday November 2 (the eve of Cup Day), a return bout against Adelaide United on November 28, an Australia Day battle against Sydney FC and a game against the Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday February 6.

The Wanderers are the new kids on the block of the A-League competition, but the team is already making major inroads in terms of membership, attendance and performance. The club was established in 2012 and has already competed in Grand Finals. The Wanderers also hold the honour of becoming the first Australia football club to win the AFC Champions League title, a feat that should not be underestimated.

The Western Sydney Wanderers will be hoping to take their Asian Champions League success into the 2015/16 Season, which opens against Brisbane Roar at Pirtek Stadium.

The Wanderers will play 13 home matches at Pirtek Stadium, including a massive game against Sydney FC – their greatest rival.

Heading north from the Wanderers’ home ground, the Newcastle Jets will play home matches at Hunter Stadium. The Jets will play 14 home matches at the ground, including huge games against Sydney FC, Western Sydney Wanderers and Melbourne Victory. While the Jets had a forgettable 2014/15 A-League Season, they will be fiercely determined to make their way back up the ladder during the upcoming Season.

And finally, nib Stadium will come alive throughout the 2015/16 A-League Season with Perth Glory hosting 13 home matches at the venue. Glory’s first home match will see the sole New Zealand side, Wellington Phoenix make the longest road trip in the A-League over the WA for a match on Sunday October 18.

Round 1 of the A-League season is just weeks away. The opening match between the Western Sydney Wanderers and Brisbane Roar will kick off the 2015/16 Season on Thursday October 8 at Pirtek Stadium. The first game signals the beginning of what promises to be months of spectacular A-League football played by the best teams in the country featuring some of the best players from Australia and abroad.

Do not miss your chance to see the best of the best going head-to-head in the 2015/16 A-League Season. You’ll have to see it to believe it!
