Missy Higgins announces headline Australian dates
The Melbourne singer/songwriter is taking her new record on the road this May
Ed Sheeran favourite, Missy Higgins, has announced a new headline tour in support of her forthcoming fifth studio album, Solastalgia.
The multi ARIA Award-winning songwriter will tour Australia in May, with VIC, SA and NSW dates included in today’s announcement.
“I’m so excited to finally road-test my new tunes in all these beautiful venues across the country,” Higgins said.
“This album is really different from anything I’ve done before, I think people will be really surprised, but I think the songs will fit nicely alongside my old material, too.
“There are a lot of female harmonies in the new material so I’m glad we’re gonna have four amazing women on stage belting them out!”
Higgins will also be joined by much-loved Sydney artist, Gordi.

Missy Higgins is also supporting Ed Sheeran in Australia this month, with the ÷ (Divide) tour kicking off at Perth’s Optus Stadium this Friday (2 March).
