We review Amy Shark's sold out show at The Tivoli on Friday 14 September
Hot Dub Time Machine is a global phenomenon, a world first and essentially the best party you’ll ever attend.
Time-travelling DJ, Tom Loud, also happens to be playing Melbourne this weekend, with a limited number of new tickets available for Friday night’s previously sold-out show (13 July), as well as the second show on Saturday (14 July).
Hailing from Sydney, Tom began the ‘dance-through-the-decades’ audio-visual party concept in 2011, and it hasn’t stopped dominating since.
Why is Hot Dub Time Machine so epic? Allow us to elaborate…
Its widespread appeal is what makes Hot Dub so fun. The setlist spans every decade and every genre of music.
Prepare to rock out like its the 60s, groove to the biggest hits of the 70s, and get down to the cheesiest anthems of the 80s. Then, before you know it, you’ll be recounting the biggest dance routines of the 90s and singing along to all the biggest chart hits right up until today.
There’s no shortcuts here. Hot Dub’s live show is designed to be just as epic as the soundtrack itself.
Hot Dub’s team aren’t short of creative ideas, and the use of throwback movie clips adds to the atmosphere every single time.
Did someone say, confetti canons? 🎉🎉🎉
An A to Z of the greatest music OF. ALL. TIME? Don’t mind if we do.
Few things level with the euphoria of dancing away to the biggest tracks of each and every decade. Even more so, when you’ve got a big group of mates in tow.
