Kacey Musgraves announces first-ever Australian tour

Get your cowboy hats ready and giddy up because Country-pop crossover artist Kacey Musgraves is finally coming to Australia.

Following the release of her fourth album Golden Hour, American country-pop artist Kacey Musgraves has announced her debut Australian headline tour.

The album – which recently picked up the Album of The Year award at the 52nd Annual Country Music Awards – propelled her to international attention, and into the support slot for Harry Styles on his world tour – though sadly, not when he arrived Down Under.

This tour will mark the first time Musgrave’s been here since 2015, when she played a small show at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory. This time around, the venue’s she’ll be filling are much bigger.

The tour will be supported by Canadian folk singer-songwriter Bahamas (Afie Jurvanen), who released his fourth studio album Earthtones earlier this year.
