With such a synonymous sound, Torquay singer-songwriter Xavier Rudd has resonated with Australians ever since he first burst onto the scene with his debut album back in 2002.

Fast forward to 2018 and Rudd is still as relevant and as influential as ever, and he’s managed to blow us all away with latest release Storm Boy.

The indie-folk singer is still singing about everything that’s important to him, from the environment to spiritualism. Best That I Can is one of the album’s standout tracks, formed of unforgettable lyrics, but let’s be honest, most of Xavier Rudd’s lyrics are.

It’s been a huge six years since Rudd released a solo album so his fans have a lot to be excited about ahead of this month’s tour. The run of shows include double headliners at The Tivoli in Brisbane and Melbourne Forum. Two epic venues for an equally epic musician.

Whilst the tour offers fans the chance to hear glorious Storm Boy live, there’s always hope he’ll still sneak a couple of classic into the set list.

In anticipation for the shows, we’ve compiled our all-time favourite tracks from Xavier Rudd into one mega playlist. Get cosy and prepare to be virtually serenaded:

Xavier Rudd will be touring Storm Boy in QLD, SA and VIC this month, and you can grab tickets now at Ticketmaster.com.au.
