How to use the Interactive Seating Map on Ticketmaster

It's never been easier to book tickets for your favourite live events

See available tickets

Choosing the exact seats you want for your next gig, game or theatre show has never been easier thanks to Ticketmaster’s new interactive seat map.

We know that having the ability to choose your seats is super important, and we want to make sure the process is as quick as possible for when you’re buying tickets against the clock.

Luckily, our all-new interactive seat map couldn’t be simpler to use.

Here’s some extra user steps to get the most out of the Interactive Seat Map

Have a snoop around Ticketmaster’s Interactive Seat Map

We weren’t kidding when we said it was easy. To get started, just click on a section of the map to zoom in on seats. Toggle left and right, and zoom in and out as you need to navigate around the venue.

Get instant ticket prices

Simply hover over a seat to see the price details, and click a seat to select it.

Please note, seats you select on the map won’t be reserved just yet. Clicking ‘Buy Now’ will start the purchase process, taking you through to the secure checkout steps.

Keep offer codes and passwords handy

We recommend having your offer and presale codes close by while you browse the interactive seating map. Enter your code into the box to unlock the offer on the map. If you have multiple codes, you’ll need to enter and submit them one at a time.

You’ll have the option to review your tickets before buying

Click ‘Show Details’ to review your selected seats next to the map.  Once you’re sure about your seats, select ‘Buy Now’ to proceed to the secure checkout process.

Where you’ll find the Interactive Seat Map on Ticketmaster

We’re making interactive seat maps available for as many events as possible.

If you’re booking for an event that’s high in demand, you may not see the interactive seat map when you first log on to buy tickets. In instances where we have a lot of fans trying to buy tickets at the same time, we aim to make your checkout experience as fast as possible. The interactive seating map will be deactivated to speed things up for you and boost your chances of securing tickets.
