Courtney Barnett announces 2018 Australian tour
The Aussie Queen of indie rock will play to hometown fans this August and September
It’s a good day when Courtney Barnett announces new Australian tour dates.
The Melbourne-based singer/songwriter has confirmed plans to play for fans on home turf this August and September, announcing a full 2018 tour today.
Courtney will be hitting the road in support of her forthcoming album, Tell Me How You Really Feel, set for release on 18 May 2018 via Milk! Records.
We’ve also been treated to new track, City Looks Pretty, which teases the record’s distinctively upbeat melodies and sharp storytelling powers.
Ensuring the tour is unlike any other, the ARIA award-winning musician will be accompanied by the East Brunswick All Girls Choir on all dates (excluding Sydney).
We’ll have tickets for Courtney Barnett’s shows in Adelaide (Thebarton Theatre on 17 August), Brisbane (The Tivoli on 22 August) and Melbourne (Festival Hall on 1 September).
