Confirmed! The Libertines and The Avalanches to play festival sideshows in Melbourne and Brisbane.
We love a sideshow announcement almost as much as we love the festivals themselves, and the folk at Sydney City Limits haven’t disappointed with today’s news.
Sideshows have just been locked in for The Libertines and The Avalanches, who will each scale down their summer sets to suit intimate venues during the summer festival season.
East London indie heroes The Libertines will play Forum Melbourne on 28 February and The Tivoli in Brisbane on 1 March 2018.
Meanwhile Australia’s very own sonic adventurers The Avalanches will headline The Tivoli on 7 March 2018.
