Alanis Morissette tours Oz for first time in 18 years

Sometimes tour news comes in that is just so legendary, you think you’re being filmed for a secret prank show.

Well fear not, the one and only Alanis Morissette really is touring Australia for the first time in 18 years.

Announcing plans to bring An Evening With Alanis Morissette down under, the Canadian singer-songwriter will play Melbourne and Sydney next January.

A defining voice of a generation, it’s been 20 years since Alanis took Australian album charts by storm with the release of Jagged Little Pill, a groundbreaking record that was described as ‘era-defining’ by Billboard.

These Aussie shows – including a night at Melbourne’s recently-refurbished Palais Theatre – are one-offs and NOT.TO.BE.MISSED.

We’ll have tickets for An Evening With Alanis Morissette at Palais Theatre – 23 January 2018.
