Get information on printing and postage delays from Ticketmaster's Customer Service team.

For some events, the printing and postage of tickets is delayed, either at the request of the promoters or due to circumstances beyond our control. This means that tickets will not be mailed to you, will not be available for outlet collection, and will not be available for printing or viewing online until a set date.

If you have selected mail, please allow time for your tickets to arrive after the date listed below. If you have selected print-at-home or mobile tickets, your tickets will be accessible via your MyTicketmaster account on the date listed below.

  • An Evening With Jane Fonda at the Sydney Opera House on the 27th August – tickets will be available Monday 27th August
  • adotg: Florence + The Machine at Mt Duneed – tickets will be available 26th July
  • Ben Harper & Charlie Musselwhite at Concert Hall, Sydney Opera House 22 July 2018 – tickets will be issued as print-at-home tickets by the Sydney Opera House on the day of the event.

  • Childish Gambino at the Sydney Opera House on the 14th November – tickets will be issued as print-at-home tickets by the Sydney Opera House on the day of the event.

  • Florence + The Machine at Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Friday 18th January 2019 – tickets will be available on Thursday 28 June.
  • Florence + The Machine at the Riverstage on Tuesday 22nd January 2019 – tickets will be available on Thursday 28th June.
  • Florence + The Machine at the Botanic Park Adelaide on Wednesday 16th January 2019 – ticket release TBA
  • Forever & Ever at Roslyn Packer Theatre from 16th – 27th October – tickets will be distributed directly by the venue within 7-10 days after booking
  • Disco Spectacular at the Concert hall (SOH) on the 6th October – tickets will be issued as print-at-home tickets by the Sydney Opera House on the day of the event.

  • Passenger at The Tivoli on the 15th November – tickets will be available on the 18th of October.
