Chris Cheney, Phil Jamieson, Kram, Tex Perkins and Tim Rogers are joining forces to perform songs by The Easybeats and Steve Wright this summer.

Putting together a tour that promises to resonate with musos across Australia, Easy Fever is calling for fans to help celebrate one of the finest Aussie rock groups in history.

The Easybeats left an undeniable mark on Australian music history by becoming the first local band to find notable international success.

Hit songs like Sorry, She’s So Fine, Wedding Ring, and Good Times earned the band some respectable comparisons to The Beatles, along with many chart-topping moments.

After The Easybeats broke up in 1969, vocalist Steve Wright released his debut solo album Hard Road in 1974, providing the foundations of his hugely successful solo career. Then in 2005, The Easybeats were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame.

Now, five of Australia’s finest musicians are coming together to celebrate the band’s legacy under the ‘Easy Fever’ banner.
