The Pretenders and Chrissie Hynde will join the 'Queen of Rock and Roll' on the road
The countdown to London Grammar’s headline appearance at Brisbane Festival is on, as the British trio gear up to top the packed Riverstage bill on Saturday 23 September.
The Brisbane all-dayer is shaping up to be seriously epic, with the addition of new support acts since the show was first announced in June.
London Grammar hit the road in support of their critically-acclaimed second album, Truth Is A Beautiful Thing, which has seen the three-piece garner a legion of support since their last Australian tour in 2013.
Joining them at Brisbane Festival will be Irish singer-songwriter James Vincent McMorrow, who returns down under after the release of his new EP, True Care.
The record showcases McMorrow’s emotional folk-RnB sound; leaving him with a seriously smitten fanbase across the globe.
There’s no shortage of local talent either, with Aussie acts The Kite String Tangle, Mansionair and Wafia completing proceedings.
