Liam Gallagher’s Melbourne gig just got upgraded
It's safe to say absolutely no one is surprised by how popular the Oasis legend is in Australia
Liam Gallagher‘s Falls Festival sideshow at Forum Melbourne sold out in record time this morning, with Australian fans eager to see the Brit-pop icon in action.
But there’s good news for those who missed out on tickets, with a new upgraded venue just announced.
Melbourne fans will now be able to see Liam Gallagher at Festival Hall on Friday 5 January 2018.
If you were lucky enough to bag tickets for the Forum, they’ll still be valid for Festival Hall and it’s taking place on the same night.
Additional tickets will now go on general sale at midday (local time) on Tuesday 3 October.

Liam is preparing to unleash his debut solo album As You Were next month, with lead single Wall of Glass having already received over 11 million streams on Spotify in under two months.
Fans can expect to hear new material from the Oasis legend, including other solo singles For What It’s Worth and Chinatown, as well as Oasis classics like Morning Glory and Wonderwall.
