Glassjaw are touring Australia in January 2018

Heads up hardcore fans, the Long Island legends have just announced new headline shows.

Glassjaw have confirmed plans to tour Australia next year, having just announced a handful of headline shows in February 2018.

The post-hardcore legends who hail from Long Island, New York will return to play Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

The short run of shows will be Glassjaw’s first visit down under since they appeared at Soundwave in 2014, when they also joined The Dillinger Escape Plan on a string of ‘sidewave’ shows.

With a charisma and charm that’s long been admired by fans and peers, Glassjaw pioneered a hardcore sound which soars and snarls in equal measure.

The band’s synonymous records – Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence (2000) and Worship and Tribute (2002) – are still considered some of the finest work in the genre.

Now we get to experience it live all over again!
