Byron Bay Bluesfest adds another big act to 2017 line-up
Byron Bay Bluesfest has added another major act to its upcoming 2017 line-up, welcoming Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefers to this year’s proceedings.
Buffett and his band will perform exclusively at Bluesfest this April, where they’ll join the likes of Patti Smith, Billy Bragg and Joe Henry, The Doobie Brothers, The Lumineers and Jethro Tull on the packed bill.
With the promise of even more artist announcements in the coming weeks, the Bluesfest bill is shaping up to be something seriously impressive.
Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefers are expected to delve deep into their back catalogue of classic hits when they play the festival.
“When Jimmy Buffett isn’t sailing on his yacht, or hanging out at his beach shack in the Caribbean, he plays where and when he wants to… and he has chosen Bluesfest this time,” said Bluesfest Festival Director Peter Noble.
